Woo, first full week of classes! Better get to the Library and leave you stuff on a computer station now, otherwise you'll never get one!...don't actually do that, I hate it when people do that.
We actually only have one thing going on this week, so this will be a brief post. There are several events happening next week, like a film screening and LPIRG open house (free baking!), but I'll post the info on those events later. Ignore the timestamp on this post, it's totally still the 7th.

Rush Week
9AM-2PM, Atrium
All this week LPIRG will have a table set up in the Atrium as part of the Rush Week recruitment blitz. Shelia and various board members will be there throughout the day to take your questions on what LPIRG does for students as well provide information on current social justice campaigns and issues. We'll also have sign-up sheets for a couple events we have coming up that require volunteers, like the Great Canadian Shore Clean-Up. Come say hello to us, ask about the Campus Community Garden Committee and be sure to check out all the club tables too!
